📦 How It Works (Quick Version)
- We deliver your dumpster
- You fill it (properly 👇)
- You schedule pickup when ready
- We haul it off and weigh it
👉 Simple. But step 3 is key — we don’t auto-pickup.
⏱️ Timing & Pickup
- Pickup is typically 1–2 business days
- All time on-site is billable until pickup is scheduled
- Need a specific day? → Call ahead
💳 Payment Stuff (Keep It Simple)
- Invoice is due when received
- Must be paid before pickup
- Late payments can delay service or add fees
👉 We may charge the card on file for:
- Overage weight or time
- Trip fees
- Prohibited items
- Damages, fines, or unpaid balances
🚫 What CAN’T Go In
Hard No’s:
- Hazardous materials / chemicals / liquids
- Oils, fuels, or pressurized tanks
- Car batteries
Call Us First:
- Mattresses
- Refrigerators / AC units
- Tires
- Electronics (especially bulk)
- Large quantities of the same item
👉 If unsure — send us a picture. Easy.
⚖️ Heavy Stuff Warning
Concrete, dirt, roofing, tile, brick… these get heavy FAST.
- Don’t fill more than partial container with heavy material
- If you hit ~20–50% full → STOP and call us
- Overweight dumpsters cannot be hauled

📏 How to Load It
- Keep everything level with the top
- Nothing sticking up 🚫
- Don’t overload
- Don’t block access
👉 If pickup isn’t safe → trip charge applies
🚧 Your Jobsite = Your Responsibility
- What goes in the dumpster

- Access availability
- Tickets, fines, towing
🚛 Space Needed
- ~50 ft space
- 12 ft height clearance
- 11 ft width clearance
⚠️ Surfaces & Placement
- Be careful with asphalt / soft ground
- Avoid tight spaces
